Roman Reigns is the talk of the WWE universe right now after beating Brock Lesnar and Dean Ambrose in a No. 1 contender's match at Fastlane to set up a World Heavyweight Championship showdown with Triple H (wait a minute, he's still active?) at WrestleMania 32.

But before people called him "Roman Reigns," Joe Anoa'i was a freak of a linebacker at Pensacola Catholic in Florida and an All-ACC defensive tackle at Georgia Tech.

His hit on cox at auburn after a pick was fantastic. That defense was pretty nasty, they played with a mean streak.

Wish we could find a few more like him.

That very first one is a gem! You can tell he was heading to that squared circle from the Flats.

That's the hit that made him my favorite player when he was at Tech. I remember feeling bad for Cox after it. Then again those were the days that if you threw a interception you should head to your teams sideline as fast as possible cause the headhunters were coming
