Windows 10 update issues

Anyone experiencing update errors for Windows 10?

This as been occurring since late September.

It downloads the updates, but errors with this message: "2019-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4517389) - Error 0x800f0831"

I have done a lot of searches to try to find an answer, but have not found anything that works.

Curious if anyone else has encountered this and was able to resolve the issue.

Only an issue with my current laptop (HP Pavilion, about 2 years old). Our desktop updates fine. I recently brought out an older laptop (HP ENVY, about 8 years old)...this is the one that I replaced with the current laptop....it ran lots of updates and did fine.

Haven't had that issue.....but have had W10 updates screw up my desktop multiple times......takes 2-3 days usually to get it operating correctly.
