Oline is horrible. At full strength they suck. No offense will work with this bad of blocking. If Sewak doesn't get fired this week, then CPJ should. They were awful.

I remember what a coach told me once he said I had potential and ask if I knew what he meant . I was smart and said no coach , he said it means you ain't worth a crap ( he used the s word) now MAYBE one day I will be but as of now I'm not worth a crap.

Just wondering, how do you go about replacing your offensive line coach? Finding new head coaches and offensive and defensive coordinators is generally easy since it's a step up, but with position coaches you'd have to promote from within or have someone make a lateral move. Maybe we'd look to poaching Alex Atkins from Georgia Southern who was a 2014 Offensive Line Coach of the Year finalist. We'd be a step up in salary. According to Open Georgia, Alex Atkins made $27,666 last year. Mike Sewak made $235,625. I'm sure he'd be happy with a ten fold pay increase.

+1...I'm not expecting a "good" season next year unless 1 or 2 staff changes are made.

The majority of our offensive line is fourth and fifth year players. At some point, you have to point the finger at the common denominator. Beyond that, he has shown a disdain for recruiting. One of our safety recruits a few years ago didn't hear from him for six months and has started three years for Marshall and is all conference.
