This might be a really dumb question but can't you just turn on closed captioning from your TV? I know it isn't perfect but it is better than nothing

The CC is always on, on my TV. Packer and Durham has never been closed-captioned since its inception.

This might be a really dumb question but can't you just turn on closed captioning from your TV? I know it isn't perfect but it is better than nothing

1) What I saw was a online link
2) Unless the technology has really changed, individual TV sets can't generate their own closed captioning. It has to be provided by the broadcaster

Thanks, CuseJacket! Hopefully Mr. Packer (and also Mr. Durham) will check into it with the ACC Network producers to get closed-captioning up and scrolling. Also, my thanks to all for your understanding and support.

I had P&D on this morning and turned the CC on to see if it worked... and it did. Not sure if it was corrected that quickly or if Hulu is auto-generating it or what, but if they did fix it that fast... kudos to them!
