What's a Practice Like? (see Duke Spring Practice on ESPN3)

On GT's instagram they posted a 15 second video of players doing agility at 545 in the morning so... I wonder how worn out the players are by the end of their season

People have asked about how practices are structured and what coach means by "periods." For those who didn't see it (and have access to ESPN3), Duke has a Spring Practice from 2/28 available on replay. Maybe @Ibeeballin could comment on similarities and differences with a CPJ practice at GT.

They get a lot done in efficient manner. I have only watched first 20 to 30 minutes. To be effective there needs to be coaching up. So far seems too fast paced to do a lot. I am guessing there is film made to use later to point out mistakes and teach corrections

Thanks. A period approached with great anticipation by the players, then endured. And that is before August. Lord, I am tired of replays. Except Georgia.
I hated Spring practice--it was always too cold or too hot it seemed.
