What areas do you foresee to see improvement? DE play - We should be in a situation to reap a harvest from much sowing at the DE position. All of the best guys we've recruited are going to be in the prime of their career - Keshun, Simmons, Saint-Amour, even Merriweather and #73 in Spring game for extra depth. Their strength plus the strength of a returning-secondary gives hope for..

What area do you just hope to see improvement? Defensive PPD/YPP, (to be more specific - pass rush). As stated above, we have some critical pieces to see a big jump here, but will that be enough to make a significant dent in the overall production?

What areas are you confident that will be good in? RB

What do you think will be our strongest side of the ball, going into next year? offense

What is your main concern, going into next season? OL depth, QB-clutch plays - 3rd and medium-long, end-of-game situations.

Oline play - last year it jelled during the late stage of the year but it also had some bad days - Clemson ouch and had some other only decent games - Miami, BC, and even Duke where JT won the game although oline blocking was not good. This year the oline has the chance to be good against even top tier dline talent like Clemson.
What area do you just hope to see improvement? Linebacking - we need to be better. Dline also.
What areas are you confident that will be good in? Bback, Aback, WR and defensive secondary. All areas have returning starters. Abacks should be much improved.
What do you think will be our strongest side of the ball, going into next year? If I said defense you would laugh at me - I HOPE!!!! O of course.
What is your main concern, going into next season? Linebacker play and oline injuries.

I don't think we have much to worry about with the incoming punter. Most likely to be an improvement, maybe a big improvement. Place kicker is more of a concern as its difficult to replace an all American place kicker like Butker.

What is your main concern, going into next season? most home games will start at noon.
Oh, Jeebus, not again. I hate noon games, hate 'em, hate 'em, hate 'em. All you do is sweat and burn. I mean, I love the Jackets and all that, but I'd rather be comfortable while I watch them.

Unfortunately, knowing how the ACC schedules us, unless we just start running over people like a tank (speed the day for that) I think you're right.

Ok. Just worried about specialists in general. If the punter is ok thats good. We need all the help the D can get with flipping the field etc.

I want to see us play more aggressive on defense, on 3rd down especially. We have a very experienced secondary so let's let them play more press coverage. If our DEs make a slight improvement from the end of last year we should be very good in comparison to the past 8 or so years.

I feel pretty good about our chances of being right in the mix for the Coastal title. Keep DM and MJ healthy and we should be just fine.
