Tell me how many turnovers we get and give up and I'll be able to make a better guess. We played our best game of the year last week but UVa played better with no turnovers. Lost the turnover battle by 1 ....... (I won't mention ST that cost us all types of ways)

As is, the line of slightly less than 7 is best average guess.

The VT team who played Duke loses to us. The VT team that beat Wake and almost beat ND beats us.

Since we won’t attempt FGs, it depends on how we do on all our 4th and shorts.

Side note - Harvin has almost 2,500 yards punting LOL. Yes that means he’s averaging almost 300 yards per game.

We’re 1-8 against the spread. Expect that until proven differently. The only time we beat it was when our offense scored 7 points in regulation. Beating the spread is not something we can believe in yet.

I think VT is a lot like South Carolina, they will play to their opponents talent level. In this case I think that helps us out. Our boys will play hard the entire game. And after a large first half lead we take away the close victory. 27-24

It feels weird to vote for GT. But, I think we may have a chance. Close game. GT 24 VT 21. Win by a late score....

This will be an interesting game. Both have lost when they should have won and won when you would think they would lose, depends who shows up on both sides

VT got off to a rocky start but they have won 4 of the last 5 with the only loss coming right at the end of the game in South Bend. They are playing good football. If we play like last week then I think we can keep it reasonably close but I doubt we can pull this one out. VT by 10.

Wouldn't bet on Tech if someone gave me money. Tech has been playing at a competitive level the last few games finally. I just have a bad feeling the team is due for a down game as the season grinds to a close. Playing competitive ball is a good sign for the future. Shows the team is not as talent deficient as some have claimed after early disappointing losses. Tech should be competitive with every team in the coastal and has been the last couple of weeks.
