By my reading it seems the thread headline should UNC not out of woods yet with N&O. I didn't see anything there to suggest that the NCAA was picking up on it. In fact, it seems that it fits the model the NCAA approved with respect to Auburn. I think its funny that the initial drafts of the faculty report called Deborah Crowder an athletics supporter.

This. Just like with Auburn, Ohio State, Miami, and all of the other "big" programs, the NCAA doesn't really want to do anything. If the News and Observer doesn't stop pushing the issue on this, they're going to end up making the NCAA mad and GT may end up on probation again. :bear:
