Is the staff placing any restrictions on transfer locations? Usually don't allow transfer to a team that you will play the next season.

Wow. I must have must missed this. Sorry if its somewhere else but I didn't see it. What's the reason he's transferring? Wont he be a Jr next year? So he will only have his SR year to play

Playing time is the the reason...and he will redshirt so he will have two years to play.
