Yeah, one bad year. Guess we dodged a bullet when we skipped on Elliott and snapped up Geoff.

2 NC’s with 2 first round QBs. One bad year? Nah man. This wasn’t a bad year. A bad year with top 5 talent is finishing in the 40s-50s. This was an atrocious year, an embarrassingly bad year. It’s obvious DJ U doesn’t have the skill set that Deshaun and Trevor had, and Elliot could not adjust his offense to fit him.

Being a head coach is about a lot more than being an offensive coordinator. Elliott has qualities of character and intelligence that will make him a great HC, IMO.
I believe he will bring to Virginia an OC and DC who know what they're doing - the same thing he would have done for us.

Wasnt Elliot CO-OC during the natty years? But last season it was all his show iirc.
