Chang, even though he QB’ed a run and shoot team, didn’t bring back the offense until this year. It’s hard to get the budget to get experienced run and shoot coaches, though, and Chang is the only coach on his staff that really knows the offense. He wants a TE-friendly variant of the offense.

(For those of you wondering about how the Maui fires affect the University of Hawaii, the university is on Oahu and is physically unaffected. You’d think a lot of students might be from Maui or have family there)
