I disagree with the word "only". Losing to BG was one of several reasons we beat UM, IMO. They obviously overlooked us and we hung around a lot longer than the difference in talent would indicate. Cristobal's MAJOR clock management blunder at the end was a huge factor.

On second thought, UM DID overlook us because we lost to BG, right ?

We'll never know for sure, but my guess is that both of those factors probably played into it, the former more than the latter.
