Yes! Another good 30 for 30. And trivia I did not know.... Eddie Lee Ivery set that (at the time) NCAA single game rushing record against Air Force HC Bill Parcells, DC Al Groh ...with Bill Belicheck in attendance.Anyone seen this? GT and Eddie Lee Ivery get a mention.

Not sure of the exact number, but I think it was on like 12 carries.Yep, 356 yards (iirc). In the snow and Eddie Lee was sick with the flu, remarkable performance.
No link. Do you know what 30 for 30’s are? Sports documentaries ESPN makes. I’m assuming based on this thread that this is a new one that mentions Tech? Was there a link posted? I don't see it. I was told Firefox doesn't support FB links, so I tried Chrome, and nothing appears there either.
It says he had 26 carries. Boy was I wrong!https://www.fromtherumbleseat.com/2...a-tech-vs-air-force-re-visiting-the-1978-game
Here’s an article about the game from 2010.
Everyone ran well against Air Force in 1978 Vanderbilt's Frank Mordica ran for 321 yards on 24 carries against the AF Falcons in the last game of the 1978 AF football season. ELI was a great, great back and it's too dang bad he was cursed with injuries in the NFL.It says he had 26 carries. Boy was I wrong!

Thanks. So how do you watch "The Two Bills"? It's listed as a "recent" show, but there is no link to it there.
@Supersizethatorder-mutt Here is a review/summary of the episode. #2 is a quick summary of the reference to the Ga Tech v Air Force (and Eddie Lee Ivery) game in 1978. It's about 30 seconds of a 1.5 hr show.Sad to say, no, I don't know what 30 for 30s are.

If you get a chance to see the exchange it was pretty cool. Belicheck mentions he was working in Denver (Broncos) at the time and knew Parcells was at Air Force and decided to attend a game and connect with Parcells ostensibly to seek employment on his staff at Air Force. Belichick says something like... "I drove down to Colorado Springs for a game... I think it was Georgia Tech ..." Parcells interrupts him and rolls his eyes (over the bad memory) and says something like.. "Yeah... they set a rushing record against us... Eddie Lee Ivery" Good stuff. These coaches remember EVERYTHING!
