The Browns finished 0-16 and are tied with the 2008 Lions for worst ever NFL team. At least they get the #1 Draft pick along with a load of other 1st round picks.
However the owner of the Browns Jimmy Haslam has shown he doesn't know how to run an NFL draft or an NFL team. I can't believe there were a lot of people at Tennessee that wanted Jimmy Haslam to pick the head football coach!
