Great defender and great guy! We will miss Banks in the lane next year, but Wright and Cole will battle and push each other in the off season and we will be fine.

Crowd was smaller than I thought it would be tonight, but I thought they did a great of showing Banks and Shembarri love.

I went to the 9pm against Clemson last week. That's just a tough time on a school/work night for people to deal with traffic and everything else, not getting home until midnight. And usually you're amped up after a game, so its hard to go right to sleep. 9pm week day games suck.

I hear you...but c'mon, it's Senior night. I've got two little ones, who get up at the crack of dawn everyday and had a 8:30 conference call and still made it.

To each their own...I guess I'm just wired differently, but I wasn't going to miss this one.

I went to the game also. I thought the team showed a lot of class in how the handled the situation; especially Banks and Philips. It was my first game of the season so I have no room to complain BUT I was
surprised how small the crowd was. Especially in the high dollar seats. Some don't realize it is a privilege to own these seats; no matter how much money you have.

Just wish Pastner had played Shembari more. Up 19 with 4 mins left and we couldn’t let him play those last minutes? I wish they had done that for the kid
I wish we'd figured out how to play him more in general. He seemed to have a nice shot.

Guys like Phillips make the team better because they are good competition in practice. They are valuable to the overall success of the team even though they get limited game time.

I have no doubt that part of the success Jose and Mike have had this year comes from getting to go against a guy like Phillips in practice.

Unfortunately a lot of those high dollar seats are empty except when they are filled with opposing fans.

We have horrible stadium trends at our big 2 stadiums (Dodd and McCamish) and both have to do with where the TV cameras are pointed. At both stadiums, the camera is pointed to the clubs seats. We all know these seats fill late, if ever, and required big donor bucks to get access. (If you have these seats and are in your seat before the game starts and remain there through out the contest, this is not meant for you). Why couldn't we have designed the club areas to be in a place that is an exact mirror of where they are now so they wouldn't be shown mostly empty on TV all time???

When we bite the bullet (and we need to) and incorporate the West stands in BDS@HGF with the rest of the stadium, we need a long hard look at rectifying this issue. (For you West stand folks, my seats are in the lower East and I have to deal with the sun and heat and blah blah blah get over it).

McCamish, well that was just a big error in the redesign that will more than likely not be done since the revamp was so recent.

Off topic a little bit. My Bad.

Ditto on that lower east seating , if there is no breeze it is unbearable. Usually head inside to cool down and have a cold one!

I’ve looked at a number of games this year—NBA, Big10, etc—and our stands look like a lot of others. If the camera shows full seats all the way around, it’s not the norm.

At least on TV, we had a lot more empty seats last night than at any other late season game I have seen on TV.

It was raining like crazy (that typically hurts our attendance because you can’t park close to arena, and even MARTA riders have to walk in the rain), maybe coronavirus scare impact, and the fact that it was a late starting weeknight game. I’m sure all of those had some effect on it. That being said, being there, I didn’t notice it being too far below typical attendance levels for this year, outside of the Duke, Louisville, and Clemson games.
