Nope, i don't believe it is ok. Probably just a missed call. I could be wrong though.

Nope. He did not go past 3 yards beyond the LOS. He stopped just short of 3 yards.

It was not a pass beyond the line of scrimmage, and the lineman did not go beyond 3yds from los. If it were and were then it would be a penalty.
