Kentucky was sold out on taking away the rocket toss and outside plays all day. Just look at how hard 27 comes crashing down. Really nice route by Searcy if he keeps his feet it's an easy 6. We had a lot of uncharacteristic drops in that game otherwise we probably would've put at least 2 more touchdowns on the board.

Watch how aggressively the playside OL jump sets (particularly Bryan). It means you cant sit back in the pocket all day, but it ALSO means the QB will know if an OL is beat with more time to react.

If the throw had been to the inside shoulder it would have been 6.

Did Juene run his route wrong? Looks like the two receivers were awfully close together downfield.

So much to like on this one. Caught KU blitzing and #27 balks when Searcy bows past him rather than blocking...

I was puzzled by Thomas throwing off balance. He appeared to have little pressure, but maybe seeing #1 running free, he hurried a little.

GTL, I think Juene's route was to pull the corner inside to allow the wheel route to open.
