I think it's time we move the conference office out of the state of NC, hire someone totally unconnected to any conference school that can then take us to the next level, not sure, but it seems the SEC did this and became the premier conference in the country. I remember when politics ruled in the SEC and it was a mess.
The time is now IMO. colleges are in for a lot of change, many going out of existence in coming years and they have done it to themselves, could be a do or die decision in the long term for the conference, I say could be, don't know that for sure. I think GT, because it is engineering and technology, will survive what I see coming. All IMO of course and I've been wrong before.
