Depends where you are in your rep.How much does that chain weigh?
Thanks, but I'd still like to know what it weighs.... on a scale... by itself?Depends where you are in your rep.
The cool thing about lifting with a chain is that the further you lift it, the heavier it gets (its weight is supported by the ground until you lift it. As you lift, each link gets added to the total chain)
As an old ME, love the sound effects. We had diesel, not we have steam power.Being that this is a TECH board, don't we have some algorithm to determine the weight of the chain?
Depends on the size of the rings, and the length, if they are 5/8 then 4 feet its 20 pounds. Those chain are prob around 8 feet, so you are looking at 40 pounds. Thanks, but I'd still like to know what it weighs.... on a scale... by itself?

An ACC chain would really only benefit a basketball player.Better question is if that is an SEC chain, its speed, strength and weight would go up drastically if it was an SEC chain....
That is totally cool. Thanks for pointing that out. So it is kind of like pushups with resistance bands.Depends where you are in your rep.

And the chain weighs more than JTHe's wearing the chain because having the QB sit on his back wasn't enough resistance.

Good one, that's funny I don't care who you are.Its not an SEC chain.
If it were, it would be shackled to his ankle and have a big iron ball at the other end.
fifyHe's wearing the chain because it will help him get used to actually carrying multiple defenders this season.
