Marcordes is my candidate to be breakout impact defender this year. Great length, size, and speed combo. I think the coaches have finally found a role that he will excel at. Have always thought he could be an excellent hybrid OLB/DE.

Simmons looks explosive. I've said it before, but I think he has the highest ceiling of our young DEs. Needs some more meat on his bones, but he's going to be a terror off the edge.

Jabari...dang, that dude can move for a DT. ACC offensive lines are going to hate their jobs with Jabari and Gotsis in the middle.

Simmons looks explosive. I've said it before, but I think he has the highest ceiling of our young DEs.

His stats in high school looked like they were made up they were so outrageous. Once he gets to the next level of college training and conditioning he might add an extra 10 sacks to the defense. Hope he develops quickly.

All I gotta say is anyone who thinks college football players are lazy, fat and stupid should just take a good, hard look at what they actually have to do, learn, and execute.

Struck all over again by the "scale" of Gotsis. He simply has a well developed, balanced body type like a skill position player but "enlarged" by several clicks on the screen. If you know what I mean. Kind of like how "the Rock" looks, but even that is not exactly the right comparison.

So are the SEC teams, hopefully we get more than just one SEC team again this year. I love all the whining they do, but they will actually have a reason this year with those two.
