RIP: Eric Wilcox (FB '66, '67,'68) & Steve Foster (FB '68, '69,'70)

Just got the word through the Letterwinners' grapevine that Eric & Steve both passed in the last coupla days.

Eric, IIRC originally from Tyler, TX, still holds the record for tackles, 28, in a game set against Ugag

Steve, out of Chamblee HS, originally played DE before switching to TE in 1969 & 1970.

I remember both of these guys. Wilcox was a warrior and played hurt a lot. Foster was a good player too. I imagine both would have been in their 70's. Condolences to their families. It's an honor to wear the Georgia Tech uniform. I honor their contributions as Yellow Jackets!
