Thank you, DeepSnap. I remember Billy Moorer very well, back when he was an outstanding offensive tackle on some fine teams under Bobby Dodd.

And bass fishermen — like me —everywhere throughout the nation should be thankful of, and appreciate, Mr. Moorer’s contributions toward the development of the world-renown Humminbird electronic fish finders, through his leadership as VP and Chief Operating Officer of Techsonic Industries, Inc. in Lake Eufaula, Alabama.

Oh wow. He was a very accomplished man. He will be missed for sure. He is with the ol ball coach now.

Thanks @DeepSnap . My dad played with him and appreciated the notice. He said he was a great player and a heck of good fellow. Sad that we lost another one from that generation.
