Ricky Juene continues to make great catches

Ricky is turning into quite the unsung hero for Tech. He made two great diving sideline catches yesterday. He showed how strong his hands and body control is on the first catch. I tried to find video of the first one on YouTube but came up empty. Might have to screen capture it from the game.

He blocks well and makes the big catches. By the time the season is over I think his total contribution will be huge.

Strong hands. He did let one get in on his body early in the game yesterday, but those have been few & far between. Love the tenacity on blocking. Saw him several times sustains blocks well down field!

Might just be the best blocking wr in the CPJ era.

As we play against better Ds we will need to pass more. I got no worries about our WRs...TM just has to put the ball where it needs to be and our guys will make the play.

Our passing game needs to be "painful" in order for it to be effective. If they aren't worried about our passing they will throw everything at our running game. That is why our yards per pass needs to be high and I cringe at dropped passes. Ricky is a steady performer and an asset to the running game. Glad he is having such a powerful impact and looking forward to his play going forward.
