I really think he was hampered by injury most of the season (both shoulders) or he would have performed much better.PS is an intriguing draft prospect. His FB abilities were known, coming from Stanford, but he got to show off some of his running and more importantly for an NFL FB, his receiving ability. He'll definitely impress if he gets to the combine tests.
It was very obvious after every carry he got where he would come up with both arms held close to his body.I really think he was hampered by injury most of the season (both shoulders) or he would have performed much better.
Sure is. He is the DC for the West team.Is that Jerry Glanville in the cowboy hat?
He was a very different type coach than the flts were used to seeing. Would loudly demand defensive players aggressively fly to the ball. Spring game was a hoot. At that time all gt had was some talent and two good defensive coaches who went on to be head coaches in nfl. That's funny. I hadn't thought of him in some time. But googling, I found out he used to be an assistant coach at Tech. I never knew that.
Jerry could always make me laugh. Bud Carson was probably the best defensive coach I've known. Unfortunately, too many players and alumni disliked him because he wasn't Dodd.He was a very different type coach than the flts were used to seeing.
