I think they would get a lawsuit if they did. I also think all the chaos gives them a chance to quietly amend the penalties.
I’m not sure if they will, but I think the arguments are sound.

No effect on the recruiting portion that is still being appealed ... which is: an annual reduction of one scholarship for four years and a two-year ban on official visits in conjunction with home basketball games
