The Mississippi schools and Dodd differences back then as an example. It's always about the money in most anything that has money in it.

Yes. However, money being a bottom line reality and being the driving motive of all things is apples and oranges. Comsumption vs. conspicuous consumption there is a significant matter of magnitude that is important.
