No idea if we are going after this guy but we probably should
Read all about it (warning - graphic language and mental images :=) He said, she said:This guy is a beast. He'd be a HUGE get for us. But isn't he the guy that got in trouble for underage drinking on a recruiting visit?
ShucksRead all about it (warning - graphic language and mental images :=) He said, she said:
Police Report: Full details of alleged incident involving Georgia DL Jamaal Jarrett last June
Jamaal Jarrett was involved in a police investigation on his Georgia official visit last June and DawgsHQ has obtained the police report.www.on3.com
Did I read that right? He was 16 when this went on and she was 20? Isn't there a law about that kind of thing?Read all about it (warning - graphic language and mental images :=) He said, she said:

In Georgia, legal age of consent is 16.Did I read that right? He was 16 when this went on and she was 20? Isn't there a law about that kind of thing?
They still have to be within 3 years of age I believe until both parties are 18. Romeo and Juliet law or something like that.In Georgia, legal age of consent is 16.
That is kinda what I was thinking also.....but UGA football player, so the groupies don't get arrested either. They still have to be within 3 years of age I believe until both parties are 18. Romeo and Juliet law or something like that.
I love to dunk on dwags getting arrested, but I don't see that he really did anything wrong. She on the other hand sounds crazy and pretty sure committed a felony.

I mean really, who does that sort of thing? That's really odd. I get the distinct impression from reading that KSU fans believe they know better than their actual coaches who should be playing and who should not. Can you believe that???
So filming a person performing a sexual act without their consent is ok?They still have to be within 3 years of age I believe until both parties are 18. Romeo and Juliet law or something like that.

Per the article, the woman admitted she was the one holding the phone recording at first and never clearly took away consent. Which would give her a second felony pretty sure, since again he was a minor. So filming a person performing a sexual act without their consent is ok?
Let get this clear - she’s a horrible person. Likely paid to sleep with a minor by a horrible organization. But let’s not act like this kid is a model citizen.
But bottom line…sixteen year olds are pretty stupid. If you put them in this sort of situation they are likely going to screw up.
The question becomes, are these now 'public' actions something that would keep CBK from vetting him to possibly join our team? How would our fans react to that?Per the article, the woman admitted she was the one holding the phone recording at first and never clearly took away consent. Nobody is framing him as a model citizen, but there is a large range between that and being guilty of what she initially accused him of.
Taking a video of a person under 18 in a sexual act is a felony with or without their consent, even if the legal age of consent is 16. There was a case some years back where a Winder policeman was fired and prosecuted for having pictures of his 16-year-old girlfriend in the buff. Ironically, it wasn't against the law for him to have sex with her, but it was against the law for him to take nude pictures of her.Per the article, the woman admitted she was the one holding the phone recording at first and never clearly took away consent. Everybody deserves a second chance. Has he had any troubles after that incident? The question becomes, are these now 'public' actions something that would keep CBK from vetting him to possibly join our team? How would our fans react to that?
