Really surprised by defense. Nothing against Branch, I just didn’t see him involved a lot. However, he could have been doing his assignment which didn’t allow any big plays because of him.

The offensive player award should the player after parker braun. In high school the coach would show the booster club the high lites of a lineman ( became all American and all pro). He us all American if we will 9 games.

Branch was good, but I think 40 was in all the right spots.
33 Askew and 3 Tre were pretty salty as soph and shirt freshman cb. LONGEST PASS WAS 9 TDs. That's some tight coverage.

I really enjoyed watching the defense. It appears Ted left us loaded.

I thought it was to until the PO that was their only crossover midfield on their own will IIRC

Oliver got lucky on a missed assignment...don’t remember which drive but we’re lucky that the ball was overthrown or they would’ve jogged into the end zone.

Yeah Kaleb Oliver really jumped off the screen to me. Oliver on defense and Mason on offense were the biggest surprises to me, and are two guys I think will really develop nicely as they get more experience.

I have watched the game 3 1/2 times. Oliver was in a lot of the right places very often and really caught my eye. He really has football savvy. He also made some mistakes and missed tackles. If he continues to improve he will be a great player IMO.
