GT had 31 punts, 12 field goals, and 28 4th down attempts.

So of 71 total 4th downs we went for it 31 times for a % of 43.6. Unless I missed some other possibility it is around 40%.

We did, we actually didn't see many 4th downs all year. mainly just in clemson, uga, pitt and duke. we failed to convert 3 in clemson, 3 in duke, and 3 in uga. And prior to wells, we went for it on 4th and 6th a lot accross the 50.
