The radio show is much better live, in person. You can read CPJ's face and body language and get more out of his answers that what you get with just the audio. Also, contrary to some reports, he is relaxed and friendly with fans and knows all the regulars.

I was searching for the show on 680 the fans page and did not see it. Is it going to air on 680? Or did they just not update it?

Today probably our last practice in pads this week.
Told the team today you only get one chance to go 1-0.
Every team and year is different.
8 or 9 true Fr will play...better be ready...a little more than normal for us...we know 6 or 7 for sure that will play. a couple on the limb...a couple on special teams....two OL that are in the two deep that will probably play...a couple fr on DL in two deep...a couple in secondary...a LB on special teams....maybe a rb...
He has asked Lawrence how to tell him and Lance apart..told him by the longer goatee...he has learned to tell by the jersey numbers.

- CPJ says the guys this year are a little more suited than last year...want to do it...and have bought it...likes to think we are a little better at it than we were a year ago.
- The OL has stayed remarkable healthy in camp...we have been able to go three deep...starting OL
Chris Griffin RT..really excited about him...Shaq Mason at RG...Freddie Burden starting at C...Trey Braun at LG..Chamberlain starting at LT.
Second team OL...Trey Klock RT...O"Reily RG, Andrew Marshall C, Shamire Devine LG, Errin Joe LT

We have numbers everywhere except DL due to attrition.
More athletic than we have been at certain positions.
excited about this group and feels the team has a good chemistry...he tells the team all the time the best team wins not the best players win.
Excited to get JT in the game and see how he reacts...done a great job in camp with reads, mechanics and keeping ball off gruond..as have MJ and TB...JT is very quick...has the quickest release weve had at GT...can throw the ball do so dont sleep on him...CPJ thinks we will be able to run the offense and the one we have run for years...got away from it last year.
have to get JT on the corner due to height...he has found ways to adapt.
TB had a good camp...as has MJ.
Probably JT and TB will play this year...maybe MJ as well.
Probably have the best WR group we have had since we have been here...which says a lot. DeAndre Smelter has had a great camp...dont want to jinx him...Waller great camp as well. Jeune, Dennis, Messick as well.

- Asked about walk on Qb Chase Martenson...PJ says he is familar with the system...QB on the scout team right now for Wofford...were excited about him..if he continues to work hard he can get him in the mix..probably not going to play this year but were excited to have him on the team.
- Will we see more aggresive calls on defense like LB blitzes with loss of Attaochu? I am sure whatever we have to do we will. cant let the guy stand back there all day. we are going to be young at corner...DJ white and Chris Milton and Law austin battling for the other job...could have a true Fr starting...if 4 cant get pressure..bring 5..if not 5 then bring 6.
