The corrupt politicians in Georgia passed a new law for FOIA requests, so I believe GTAA can take three months to reply if it wanted...

New law doesn't go into effect until July 1st.

Well, so far he's attracted no new staff and no new recruits. I've had the same results for much less.

No discussion of the buyout aspect yet? It looks solid to me on that count. 3 years at 100% before decreasing buyout but it does decrease enough and basically quickly enough to allow us to hope the GTAA won't be setting itself up to be burdened if his rebuilding work doesn't go far enough.

I suppose now the trick will be, so far as contracts are concerned, to not do something insane in 3-4 years if CP has had some reasonable to even good success. It isn't like Hewitt got the insane contract out of the gate, Braine got drunk on a Final Four run and gave away the farm.
