Salary $2,000,000 plus $375,000 for each win in that year. Years on contract 5 with a roll over for each year with 8 wins. 3 years or less than 6 wins he would be fired .
I like the incentive approach a lot; however, I don’t think $2mill is a realistic base and I think $375k/win is too much. Coincidentally, this is roughly how much we are currently paying Collins (based on 3 wins). Not sure if that was intentional or not.

Coaches have agents and they will negotiate good deals. Also keep in mind how bad it looks (and how frustrated the fans are) when multiple people turn down the job.
