I like the incentive approach a lot; however, I don’t think $2mill is a realistic base and I think $375k/win is too much. Coincidentally, this is roughly how much we are currently paying Collins (based on 3 wins). Not sure if that was intentional or not.Salary $2,000,000 plus $375,000 for each win in that year. Years on contract 5 with a roll over for each year with 8 wins. 3 years or less than 6 wins he would be fired .
Coaches have agents and they will negotiate good deals. Also keep in mind how bad it looks (and how frustrated the fans are) when multiple people turn down the job.
