Sheesh, Bills fired their coach. For all you that pay attention, does that seem odd to you?

No. He is famous for turning offense into organic chemistry.

And yes i know he didn't call the plays but some of these coaches make the game look way too difficult.

It’s not his fault that they don’t have any gamers on defense—unless making the playoffs and having high draft picks is something to blame the coach for.

All those turnovers were crazy, though

The defense has struggled since Micah Hyde left. Milano, Rousseau and Oliver (injury riddled season) had tough seasons.

You can blame the coach for Keon Coleman's abandonment as well. He's not a good route runner but he is the most talented receiver on that team (outside of Kincaid) and he is an outcast. If you thought Brandin Cooks and Curtis Samuel were the answer than, yikes.

Buffalo needed a coach that can get them over the hump before riding Josh Allen into an early grave.

The goal posts have shifted in terms of defining success in the NFL. No longer is making the playoffs good enough, it's Super Bowl or bust for people now. Most teams don't have the talent to match those expectations, but Buffalo is wasting theirs. Like @Peacone36 said, the lack of development and subsequent abandonment of Keon Coleman is crazy. He just needs a little development to match his incredible physical attributes. Buffalo also has a way of imploding in big moments/seasons that rivals the Falcons. The roughing the passer on Bosa in OT was a bone-headed play. It's overshadowed by the back-to-back PI calls, but he hit Nix far after he let the ball go. Somebody with that much NFL experience and success shouldn't be making that silly penalty in that moment.

The Pats are laying 4 pts at Denver tomorrow. I understand why with Nix being out, but watch out for the Broncos. It's going to be in the upper teens with a little snow. I'd take the points with the Ponies.

Later, the Seahawks are laying just 2.5 at home against the Rams. I'm all over Seattle to cover and then some at home. Weather is going to be upper 30's and no precipitation which is pretty good there for this time of year. Rams and Hawks played extremely close games in their 2 meetings this season, but just feel like Seattle with that home field advantage and the way they've been playing of late are the favorite to not only win tomorrow, but capture their 2nd Super Bowl title.

Looking forward to both games.

2 complete opposite games today, but down to the wire for each of them. I think either the Rams or Seahawks would/will whip the Patriots and it turns out the 'Hawks will be the ones to have that chance. The Vikings gave up on Sam Darnold. Happy for him.

NFL games are always down to the wire. Suspiciously similar to WWE. Follow the money every time. It’s quite a theatrical production. Too bad it’s fixed.

Lay the 4' with the Seahawks and enjoy a nice payday. The NFC is much stronger than the AFC this year. Denver would've posed a nicer threat against the Hawks if Bo Nix were available. Other than Denver, the AFC West was not good. KC and Oakland were mediocre to bad. The AFC North was mediocre with Pittsburgh and Baltimore barely able to get over 500. The Bills couldn't win in Denver with Nix in the playoffs. The AFC South was a good Texans defense and an injured QB in Indy from being a decent team.

Meanwhile, the NFC West where the Hawks exist had 3 of the 4 teams in the NFC divisional playoffs while blowing out SF and beating a solid Rams team to get to the SB. The NFC East was mediocre though Philly was decent, not great. The NFC North with the Bears and Packers were good and a very competitive division as the Vikes and Lions probably make the playoffs if in the AFC North. The NFC South was not good as usual.

Seattle wins the Super Bowl in a laugher I think.

First of all, how dare you.

I think its real tight. Vrabel is gonna try to take JSN away via Gonzo or with Jones and Hawkins over the top. My concern becomes Shaheed as New England is susceptible to the "just run like hell" rcvrs at times.

Walker doesn't worry me with big Milt and Barmore in the trenches and (hopefully) Spillane behind them.

Maye has been loose with the ball lately, if he doesnt turn the ball over I think its 23-20 Pats.

The books are balancing the bets and arbitraging against the public anyway. I do think the NFL puts their thumb on the scale a bit though - such as marking Josh Allen short on an unreviewable spot on 4th down to increase the odds of getting Taylor Swift to attend the Super Bowl. A couple subjective spots and penalties can definitely change the outcome of a game.

Jeez the film of that defensive end blatantly avoiding the qb on a free hit and falling sideways into the right tackle i saw yesterday was pretty wild. I cant remember what game it was in. I think the clip was on twitter.
