Pic was probably taken at the start of the 2007-2008 season to introduce new uniforms to fans. That's definitely not Jonathan Dwyer but Dwyer was a incoming freshman in 2007. So that explains why someone else was wearing #21...Dwyer hadn't had a chance to step on campus and earn it.

BTW, #24 is definitely Jamal Lewis.
