New signage coming to BDS

With the demise of Turner Field, BDS@HGF will receive and put to good use some of it's salvage signage (minus the Braves logo, of course):

Does anybody know what those things are lined up on the bottom of the frame? Looks like personal ac vents for each seat, that can't be it.

There are tables back there. Those are just partition screens for those tables. You can see a chair for those tables if you look at the aisles.
