But they aren't for sale as in it isn't like how the kid has to buy his own Tech merchandise.
I would think such dvds would be the same as those colleges send that show campus tours and info on them. However, they can at least send the tv listing for the shows to recruits (Tweet reminders to the show) or a link to stream it on a site set up online to archive the shows. There should be multiple ways to try and invite recruits to watch these shows w/o violating any rules. I mean it is a show out there for free public consumption.
Although, I readily admit that the rules are generally archaic, Byzantine, ridiculous, counter-intuitive, and insane.
