I dunno. I think we were very fortunate to hang on to Key and I would love to hear CGC's recruiting pitch that got him to stay. I won't say CGC couldn't get us there without him, but the job would have gotten harder.

No matter how you slice it, it's a great thing when a member of your staff is wanted elsewhere and turns down a significant raise in order to stay with you. Quite frequently, people will use those offers to seek to boost their salary without really wanting to leave anyway. This is a good indicator, especially coming off a couple of uninspiring years in on the field play.

Fact I like Key, Fact I love Choice as a coach and recruiter it would hurt the program to lose him more than any coach right now ) IMO
