How does transfer work for Georgia residents , so my son waitlisted on GTech going to UIUC honors ECE with scholarship I am currently NJ resident, I just got job offered in Atlanta , if I take it and he applys for transfer next year will being instate have any advantage. His SAT 1560 , GpA 4.8 weighted

Inlaughed not out of disrespect, but total respect. 1560 SAT inside of he can get in. Ridiculous.
