It would really round out the lineup and shore up the defense. I mean 1. Inciarte 2. Albies 3. Freeman 4. Suzuki 5. Yelich 6. Harrison 7. Acuna 8. Swanson/Camargo is a dangerous and speedy lineup.
I'm worried about the pitching for the Braves this season. I think that if the Braves can get any consistency from their pitching staff they could win 81-84 games. It's too bad the Braves aren't like the Yankees who have a very average pitching staff but they have such a heavy hitting lineup that I think they win 100 games and the World Series.

I like a rotation of Tehran, Folty McCarthy, Newcomb, and Gohara. I think Gohara is going to be an elite pitcher in a couple of years.

I think there is a good possibility that Julio Teheran is traded by the deadline for a starter or promising minor league players.
I would hate that. I love Tehran and hope that the Braves keep him as long as they can. I know that he struggled last year, but he is being asked to be an ace when he is a 2 or 3. I wouldn't mind some of the prospects being traded for a true ace like Archer to put some pressure off Tehran.

I think if the Braves are over .500 at the trade deadline they might keep him but if they're 10 games or worse below .500 they will put him and maybe Freddy Freeman on the trading block.

I could understand trading Tehran, but if they trade Freeman then there would be a riot at SunTrust Park :ROFLMAO:. Freeman is staying a Brave for his career (at least the majority) or fans will stop going to games.

I tell you the only prediction I can give is that I won't watch a single game on TV. I don't know why I just can not stand to watch baseball unless its live. I hate post football season.

I
Relief pitcher Peter Moylan returns to the Braves on a non guaranteed major league deal while they also sign Pirates catcher Chris Stewart to a 1 year 575,000 dollar deal.
Like those two deals. They may seem insignificant, but Moylan is a good clubhouse guy and still loved by the fans. As for Stewart, he provides veteran depth and hopefully he can help bring along some of the young arms at triple A.
