Chris Milton. To this amateur observer, teams were trying to pick on him earlier in the year, but not so much anymore.

ETA not saying he's the most improved, just wanted to mention his name along with all the others mentioned in this thread

I can't think of anyone on the team who has NOT gotten better this year.

Agree with everything vamos said except defensive MVP....hands down that goes to DJ White IMO
