Been posting it on "2023 Transfers." Carter Murphy from Air Force. 6-4 guard as a grad transfer. Decent backup player at the academy.
Happy to have him. This seems to be in keeping with our overall increase in talent, in general. Not sure I'd expect him to contribute much in games, though I could be wrong, but he'll certainly help make practices more competitive.

How does an AF Academy get to be a Grad transfer. Seems he would have to fulfill his AF commitment.

I honestly don’t know, but I can speculate. It’s possible that the graduate degree he will pursue is endorsed by the academy and part of his overall career plan. One of my cousins-in-law graduated at Navy and then went to grad school immediately after at a large public University, so I know it’s possible.
