One of the casualties of the project would be the demolishing of O'Keefe gym. That can't be a good thing for the Volleyball program.

The Zelnak’s just donated loads of money to redo the inside of O’Keefe. So Tech either has a plan to rebuild it out of the way, or this project isn’t going through.

I posted this in the other thread that you created --- Not sure what the yellow area on the map identified as "easements" is, but it would seem to include more than O'Keefe Gym. It looks like it will require the destruction of the dorms on the northeast side of Williams Street and the parking lot for the Dome.
