Sporting News' Kami Mattioli is tweeting some commentary from Mark Price at an event. Thought it would be worthwhile reposting, as I know many here are interested in how he does.

We've got a head coach now, so by the time we're in the market again, either Price is nearing retirement, will have proven himself, or will have failed.

I'm in the camp that we shouldn't have hired Price this go around, although I do believe he has the ingredients to be successful and has the chance to prove it before ever coming home to GT.

FWIW I have seen articles crediting Mark with a lot of Kemba Walker's progress. Lot of kudos for his work there. I do think he will be a good head coach one day but like you didn't think GT was the spot for him now. But having said that I didn't think it was the spot for Pastner either. :cool:
