Here’s a fun one making the rounds

What was most interesting for me was that USC doubled up James. He still caught the ball and got up a shot. I thought we got a break from the clock operator and so did the USC crowd.

Will never forget that one. Was watching my best friend. About a minute after the shot, his wife came into the room holding a pregnancy test and she was grinning ear to ear. . They were both thrilled and I was really happy for them. A double win that day

I’ve posted this a few times on GT boards but I watched this game with my entire Mich St family. My uncle coaches Magic in HS and “helped” get him to Jud at MSU I walk into the party as a 12 yo in a GT hat and Starter jacket and got looked at like I was the worst person ever. It only got worse when Kenny hit that shot. Lol. My grandma grabbed my arm and said it’s time to go.

I’ve been to a few tournaments. 04 in Milwaukee was great. Nashville in 05 was really fun minus the CARDS chant…. Chicago in 07 was St Pats weekend. That was about the only good thing about that weekend…. Went back til Milwaukee in 10 it was meh.
