300 pounders are nice but 300 pounders with motors and footwork and attitude - that is where we are headed and its a very good thing.

Starters are bigger than in previous years and only the backups for RT and RG are smaller than the starter. At LT, LG, and C, the backups are larger, and considerably larger at LG and LT. Big is good but not always best.

Neither Finch nor Jackson were fat. I wouldn't call BC fat either. The only one I'd call fat was Beno. Even Shaq, who was big, could move as good or better than the others.

Fat and fast is rare. Slow lineman and our scheme don't mix well typically. Probly least important at center spot but important their too IMO

I agree to some degree.I would not have believed it but I watched Jackson at the start of LAST yrs Spring game and he got beat TWICE in a row by a 2nd unit DL.It was a harbinger of things to come.That VT game was pathetic.
