Last night was EXACTLY what we needed right now as a program.

1. We won. Any win is good.
2. We beat the mutts, and we did it at home too. We finally had a good crowd and the students were REALLY into it.
3. Sure, we’d rather have blown the Dawgs out. But I feel like thrilling, close wins resonate with fans more. Stuff like this will keep fans coming back and get butts in seats.
4. Coach Key once again made me want to run through a brick wall.

Overall a great great win. Nice to have momentum going into conference play.

A UGA grad friend was at the game. He reluctantly said the game was exciting; the crowd was loud; McCamish is a great facility; and Key seems legit. He was also impressed Tex was courtside.
