Lets have em folks.

  • GT has 2 1,000 yard rushers in JT and Skov.
  • GT has a 1,000 yard receiver in Juene.
  • GT goes 10-2 wins the ACCCG and misses the CFP.
  • UGA comes in second in the SECe but beat both division winners in the regular season. Fans claim SEC title.
  • CFP consists of TCU, Ohio St, Boise St, Arizona St. Boise wins an upset but loses to Ohio St in the finals.

Outside of their usual soft schedule, not sure where the Boise State love is coming from. USA Today pre-season poll had them #4 or #5 ??
Breaking in a new QB, they lost their top running back and last years defense got ran over by such powerhouses as Air Force and New Mexico.
I relocated from Atlanta to Boise five years ago and their fans are VERY annoying, although not to UGA standards.

We finish 11-1, beat F$U in ACC rematch, and are in conversation for CFP. Can't bring myself to predict we get in.

Really? Who are the two teams that will beat GT? Just curious, not trying to argue.
I have ND, Clem, FSU and UGA as tossups. But for the first time in my 65 years as a Tech fan I am not listing an
"automatic" loss.

That said, I detest the word "potential".

I honestly have no idea. I thought duke and UNC were locks last year and others were toss ups. Saw what happened there.

Start the season 7-0, getting ranked number 2 in the nation. FSU, lead by Sean McGuire, upsets the Jackets in Atlanta. Jackets lose to both VA teams and Miami and never really enters the game against uga. GT beats Tennessee in the post season but nobody watched the game. 8-5
