I am glad Kennard got the award. The GT announcer was trying his best to give it to Boyd as the first 3 times Kennard made a play the announcer credited Boyd. I can see making that mistake once at first but he continued to call #9 on D Boyd two more times.

Kennard has looked like out best overall defensive player the first 2 weeks of the season.
