Pretty interesting read. I'm not sure if their "caliph" is a true believer or just using sharia and the "caliphate" as a tool for self empowerment. If the writer is correct in the beliefs of his followers however, this may be the most zealous enemy we have faced since the Japanese in WW2. They are thankfully not as numerous or well trained as the Jaoanese were.

Mr Crooke is an interesting character. Certainly a renegade.

On a second note, always interesting to me how these guys connect to the world's power brokers, in this case how someone like this is affiliated with Soros. It's all about power & money and it never ceases to amaze me how events are shaped by relationships that make you shake your head as to how they ever came about in the first place.

Like many Christians, many Muslims pay a lot of attentions to the End Times scenarios. This is what ISIS is about.
Eschatology, the End Times. The Western world is still about Cold War Alliances and not about the forceful creation of the Last Days.

There are over 1.5 billion Muslims in the world and 75% of them are Sunni. The Shia are on borrowed time. They simply do not have the numbers.
Unless they get the nuclear weapon - see Iran.

What will the Western World do when ISIS numbers 700 million "soldiers" on every continent on the planet?
How many "boots" do we currently have to put on the ground? Do you want universal military service?
If your enemy of billions expects to have only a few thousand survive for the last battle, and expects to win, what are your options today?
