Clemson last year - at Grant Field - was 73-7…I was there, unfortunately. Worse, my daughter was too and it was embarrassing to her to be a Tech fan afterwards (teenager).

I will add that this is actually a crucial part of the damage that Collins’ reign has done to the younger fans that many of us have been raising. It never was this bad in terms of blow out losses in such a short time - UNTIL GEOFF COLLINS!

By margin of victory, it tied Tech's 69-14 loss to Notre Dame in 1977, which before the start of the Collins era was the largest margin of defeat in the team's modern era.

I don’t know about the worst in history. I do think it’s worse than the Clemson loss. This Notre Dame team is not nearly as good as last years Clemson team and we should be a good bit better than we were. A 55-0 loss to a team that beat VT, Toledo, and FSU by 3 points is ridiculous.
